HISTORY

The first event was the official grand opening of the Real Goods Solar Living Center in 1996. The event was given the nameSolFest the following year. In 1998 production was taken over by the non-profit Solar Living Institute. SolFest has grown each year in number of vendors, workshops, and participants.
